    The NEWMAC and FloSports, a global independent sports media company and streaming platform, today announced a historic five-year media rights agreement under which FloSports will become the exclusive media partner of the NEWMAC beginning in the 2024-2025 academic year. By providing the NEWMAC with a national platform and additional resources, the agreement will enhance the NEWMAC’s standing as a preeminent NCAA Division III conference.

    If you thought the first five days of swimming at the Tokyo Olympics were fun, well day six just outdid all of those in my swim nerd opinion. Every event seemed to just continually “one-up” the prior event and it just snowballed all the way down until the end leaving swim fans across the country dazed, confused, and yearning for more.     The 2020 Olympic Games have been like nothing we've quite seen before.     Recap by Hunter Peters NEWARK, Del. (Mar. 27, 2021) – Day two of the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Diving Championships was highlighted by a pair of UNCW student-athletes as Kolbein Bjugan won the men's 3-meter diving event and Courtney Clausen was victorious in the women's 1-meter diving competition. Bjugan won the men's 3-meter dive sweeping both diving events at the 2021 CAA Championships while Clausen stood all alone atop the podium in the women's 1-meter diving competition after tying for the top spot a season ago.

    As expected, the North Shore Aquatic Complex was a hub for international-level talent and racing over the past few days at the 2021 ISCA International Senior Cup. While the Lochte & Dressel storylines were definitely the focus of the event, the depth of talent was also on full display as names like Joseph Schooling and Farida Osman popped up across the web as they prepare for the 2021 Tokyo Olympics as well. Once again the meet as held in the Short Course (SCY) prelims and Long Course (LCM) finals format allowing for swimmers to both put up times for the collegiate/recruiting format as well as further prepare for the Olympic Games or Olympic Trials looming in the coming months. Below we’ll break down a few highlights from each day of competition out in St. Petersburg.
