400 Yard Individual Medley Women:

Brooke Zieger of Minnesota used a tremendous breaststroke leg to overwhelm the field and take victory in 4:02.71. She was followed by Lindsey Clary of Ohio State in 4:06.10 and Meg Bailey in 4:08.29.

400 Yard Individual Medley Men:

Sean Grieshop of Nitro Swimming used his distance background to come home with victory in 3:44.69. He was followed in 2nd by Nate Carr of West Virginia in 3:47.79 and in 3rd by Omar Pinzon of FAST Swimming in 3:48.06.

100 Yard Butterfly Women:

Aliena Schmidtke of Ohio State won narrowly over Claire Donohue of Tennessee Aquatics, 51.87 to 51.95. They were followed in 3rd by Sarah Koucheki in 52.77.


100 Yard Butterfly Men:

Tom Shields of Cal Aquatics wins with a new AMERICAN RECORD of 43.84. He was out in a blistering 20.57 at the 50. He was nearly 2 seconds ahead of Vini Lanza of Indiana University who finished second in 45.56, followed by Daryl Turner of Minnesota in 46.53.

200 Yard Freestyle Women:

Great race here championed by Melanie Margalis of Georiga in 1:43.72. She narrowly beat Isabel Ivy of Gator Swim Club, who finished in 1:43.96. Third went to Amanda Weir in 1:43.98, showing some great versatility from the sprinter.

200 Yard Freestyle Men:

Florida Freshman Maxime Rooney ran away with the race in 1:33.85, followed in 2nd by Jorden Merrilees of Oakland in 1:34.31 and Anze Tavcar of Indiana in 1:34.61.

100 Yard Breaststroke Women:

Melanie Margalis ​of Georgia closed like a shot to take the victory in 58.09, beating Breeja Larson of NYAC who was second in 58.21 and Miranda Tucker of Indiana in 58.95

100 Yard Breaststroke Men:

Kevin Cordes led wire to wire winning in 51.88. He was followed in 2nd by Ian Finnerty of Indiana in 52.68 and in 3rd by Rostyslav Fedyna in 53.21.

100 Yard Backstroke Women:

University of Kentucky's Bridgette Alexander took the win in 52.53 followed by Caroline Baldwin of North Carolina in 2nd with a 52.70 and Ally Rockett of Indiana in 3rd with a 52.91.

100 Yard Backstroke Men:

Tom Shields raced to his second victory of the night in 45.11. He was followed by NYAC's Arkady Vyatchanin in 45.89 and Mark Nikolaev of Grand Canyon University in 45.92.

200 Yard Freestyle Relay Women:
