3x100 on fastest interval possible
4x25 on :45 all out kick
2x50 EZ
For reference, ​Joseph Schooling​ -- one of the fastest butterfliers in short course yard history -- did his 100's on 1:05.​
Time to grab that kick board and start pumping the legs a little more.​
