​Josh Prenot​, silver medalist in the 200m breaststroke at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, popped off a quick 2:09.93 in the 200 breast at the arena Pro Swim Series at Indianapolis Thursday for the win.

Prenot talked about how he improved from his 2:11 performance in Austin at the arena Pro Swim Series back in January, heated floors in the locker room at Cal's new Legends Aquatic Center, and much more.
