Arena Pro Indianapolis: Nathan Adrian

null

In his first competition back since the 2016 Olympic Games, Nathan Adrian proved he is still a contender in the sprint freestyle events and the leader of the American charge. He took the win Thursday in Indy with a great in-season swim of 48.66.

Adrian spoke with FloSwimming on what he needs to do in training in order to improve and "be better than 47 mid to 47 high." Adrian is very astute and analytical of his swimming, so it is always interesting to hear his perspective on the sport.
