Jake Armstrong: 100 Breaststroke Big 12 Champion

​Jake Armstrong​ of West Virginia went into the finals of the 100 breaststroke at the 2017 Big 12 Swimming & Diving Championships with the focus and tenacity of a lion hunting prey. The Mountaineer sophomore took this race out very quickly and held on to claim the conference title. Armstrong caught up with FloSwimming after a long warm down to talk what this win meant for him and, more importantly, the West Virginia program.
