A day after winning the 200 IM at the 2017 Ohio State Invitational, Kentucky's Asia Seidt picked up a win in the 100 Back with a 51.17. That swim fell 0.01 short of the A-standard. Her swim was one of the highlights of night two in Columbus, Ohio.

Seidt also swam butterfly on the Wildcats 200 Medley Relay that finished third. NC State's team of Elise Haan, Jacquee Clabeaux, Krista Duffield, and Ky-lee Perry won with a 1:37.25. Notre Dame came second. 

Kentucky picked up the win in the 800 Free Relay with a time of 7:06.10.

NC State claimed four of five individual events in the pool on the meets second night. Ryan Held took the 100 Fly (45.92), Anton Ipsen won the 400 IM (3:44.28), and Andreas Vazaios claimed the 100 Back (45.63). Their nights top swim came from Justin Ress in the 200 Free with a 1:33.92 against former Buckeye Joshua Fleagle.

The Wolfpack's 200 Medley Relay of Vazaios, Jacob Molacek, Held, and Ress smashed the A-standard and won in a 1:23.53. Their team of Held, Ipsen, Vazaios, and Ress won the 800 Free Relay and also picked up an A-standard swim.
