Are You Jealous Of Arizona State's New Devil Room?

The facilities arms race in college athletics is getting out of control. I mean, Clemson recently built a $55 million football facility with a nap room, barber shop, laser tag area, indoor slide, and movie theater. Give me a break... But hey, money talks and this is a complex issue. Revenue allocation from cash cows -- football, men's basketball -- in college athletics benefits the smaller fish such as swimming. Pun intended.
Clemson's football may have a barber shop and laser tag, but the Arizona State swim team recently received a facelift to its team room. The new digs offer the Sun Devils swimmers and divers necessary resources -- including a stocked kitchen for adequate nutrition and recovery -- to succeed at the highest level.
Check it out and let us know what you think? We were really hoping ASU coach Bob Bowman would do a full-blown "MTV Cribs" tour here. Maybe next time.
