Ryan Hoffer blasted another 50-yard freestyle at the 2016 U.S. Winter Junior Championships (West) in College Station, Texas, on Dec. 8. This swim not only broke the meet record, which was an 18.94 held by sprinter sensation Caeleb Dressel, but also tied the pool record of 18.71 set by Nathan Adrian.
