Winter training will require some serious recovery techniques, pick up one of these and help a swimmer out.

Although it seems obvious, you can NEVER have too many pairs of goggles. 

3) Caps

*SNAP* that's the sound of your cap breaking right before a 6:00am practice. You don't have a back up? Well you're in luck, you bought some extra swim caps this winter and have them handy as a present. 

4) Swim Bag

Packing the same bag every day can be rough. Invest in a new one to keep your swimmer walking onto the pool deck proud of what they have on their back. 

5) Suits

Mixing it up is always a great way to keep your head in the game when it comes to swimwear. Having a few suit options as winter training begins will assist in getting every little bit out of this training cycle.

6) Skin Repairing Lotion

Price: $10 - $20 

We're in the pool a lot. Which means our skin will pay the price. UNLESS someone runs to the store and picks up some lotion to keep your skin in tip top shape. 

7) Parka

Price: $80 - $110

As the weather cools down it is important to dress appropriately for a cold pool deck. A parka is a must have for an out door warrior that will be braving the cold over these next couple of months.

8) Waterproof Phone Case 

Price: $45-$80 

A great way to enjoy this extra time spent with friends at practice is taking videos and making memories. Having a waterproof phone case in your arsenal gives you options when capturing these memories.
