Another weekend of D2 football and another week with some fancy quarterback numbers. NW Missouri State freshman Zechariah Owens has pushed the Bearcats to a 5-1 record after they defeated Central Missouri this week. 

Owens recorded only 80 passing yards, but garnered 124 rushing yards and accounted for 6 total touchdowns. Shoutout to Drew Nash, who likely pulled his Mountaineers into a Top 5 spot in this week's FloCollege Top 25. Nash was one yard shy of throwing for 400 yards, and accounted for 5 total touchdowns.

Ethan Hamby of Northwood threw an incredibly efficient game against Lake Erie, tossing 20 passes with only one incompletion and 5 total touchdowns. 

On the defensive side, Emporia State linebacker Landon Boss stuffed the stat sheet so much, it almost doesn't fit into a single line. Boss has 11 total tackles, 4 sacks, a forced fumble, an interception and one quarterback hurry. Wowza. 

Tristan Exline is still doing Tristan Exline things, garnering 19 total tackles in UTPB's first loss to Central Washington. 

Last, but not least, big ups to punter Wyatt Redding, who was a weapon for CWU against the Falcons. Redding trapped UTPB inside their own 20 four times and handles kickoffs.
