Jack Dolan (16) from Rockwood Swim Club used to be a pretty elite ice hockey player. Once Dolan realized he could be pretty decent at this swimming thing, he became an extremely ​versatile swimmer. Check out some of his best times below:

We caught up with Dolan on Saturday at the 2017 Los Angeles Invitational where he talked about going a best time in the 200m backstroke on Friday night (2:02.51), his focus and preparation for this meet, and looked ahead to his training going into the 2017 NCSA LC Junior Nationals in a few weeks.
