After going 1-2 in the 200 freestyle (Quintero, 1:48.77 and Carter, 1:49.12) at the 2017 Novaquatics Speedo Grand Challenge on Friday night, the dynamic duo caught up with FloSwimming on training and preparation for the World Championships later this summer in Budapest.
