Division I LIVE RESULTS

The ladies from Santa Margarita High School in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA absolutely dominated the CIF Southern Section Division I meet -- winning with 461 points ahead of second place Tesoro's 221. To put the icing on the cake -- in the very last event of the meet, the 400 freestyle relay, they shattered the National Independent High School Record.​

Their time of 3:18.26 ​destroyed​ the previous record of 3:20.03 set by Crean Lutheran in 2015. Carmel (IN) still holds the overall national mark for private and public schools with a 3:15.38 from 2015.
