12 year-old Zoe Skirboll of Racer X Aquatics in Pittsburgh, PA has some serious speed -- taking down the National Age Group Record in the girls 11-12 50 breaststroke twice on Wednesday at the 2017 ISCA Elite Showcase Classic in Clearwater, FL.

In the prelims session, Skirboll dropped a 29.18 to break the previous record of 29.23 set by Olivia Anderson in 2010. In finals, Skirboll took that record even lower with a swift 28.70 -- becoming the first girl in her age group to break the 29 second barrier. Not too shabby.

Skirboll swam the 50 freestyle Wednesday night as well, unloading a quick 23.43 -- not too far off Amanda Weir's NAG Record of 23.15 from all the way back in 1999. That time now makes her the fifth fastest performer of all-time in the girls 11-12 age group.

She will also be swimming the 100 breaststroke later on in the meet on Saturday and has a legitimate shot to take down the NAG Record in that event as well. The record currently stands at a 1:02.86 -- also by Olivia Anderson in 2010 -- and Skirboll's best time is a 1:03.88 from back in March.
