Workout Wednesday: Arizona State University

FloSwimming ventured out west to Tempe, Arizona to see Bob Bowman and the Arizona State Sun Devils in action. First up, we went behind the scenes on the pool deck for two swim workouts where the Sun Devils showed off why they are on the rise in a deep Pac-12 Conference.

Bowman had his guys suit up and rehearse night #1 of the Pac-12 Championships - the 200 Medley Relay and the 800 Freestyle Relay. The Sun Devils threw down some quick times you don't want to miss in the video.

Last, but not least, we took a trip to the weight room with the men's team for a Saturday morning lift. Don't sleep on Arizona State this championship season because they are definitely going to make some noise.
