The psych sheet for the 2017 Novaquatics Speedo Grand Challenge is absolutely ​loaded​ with top talent from the California area plus a few elite Auburn swimmers sprinkled in as well.​

​Names like ​Dylan Carter, Cristian Quintero, Zach Apple, Andrew Seliskar, Connor Hoppe, Abbey Weitzeil​​, Farida Osman​​, Amy Bilquist, Katie McLaughlin, Kendyl Stewart, Erica Sullivan, Haley Anderson, Ashley Neidigh, ​and Ous Mellouli ​are set to compete over the three-day meet in Irvine, California.​

Irvine's William Woollett Jr. Aquatic Center is undoubtedly a fast pool conducive to some massive performances from star-studded swimmers. Over the course of the past seven years, this pool has hosted the 2010 National Championships, 2010 Junior National Championships, 2013 U.S. Open, 2013 Junior Nationals, 2014 Junior Nationals, 2014 National Championships, and 2014 Pan Pacific Championships.​

The spotlight won't be solely focused on the senior-level studs, however. There are some primetime age-group swimmers at this meet as well who will have the opportunity to compete alongside some of their role models.​

The action kicks off Friday, May 26, at 8:30 AM PDT (10:30 AM CDT).
