Khalil Fonder has developed into one of the fastest 18&U swimmers in the United States. Son of Doug Fonder, Virginia Gators coach and President/CEO of ISCA, Khalil will be heading to Tempe in the fall to join Bob Bowman and the Arizona State Sun Devils.
