LIVE RESULTS (TBD)

Aaaand they're off! If Steve Buttleman playing the "Call to the Post" at the annual running of the Kentucky Derby doesn't get you fired up for some racing, well... then you're probably not from Kentucky.

If only Bob Costas would make his way over to Louisville's Ralph Wright Natatorium for the 2017 edition of the TYR Derby Pro Swim Meet on Saturday. Regardless, this is an action-packed meet you are not going to want to miss.

In its second year, the TYR Derby Pro Swim Meet is unlike most out there. Sixteen professional swimmers -- eight women and eight men -- will battle it out against one another for bragging rights and some serious cash prize money.

What is even more enticing? These are no ordinary swimmers. We are talking Olympic gold medalists, world champions, and NCAA champions. Half of Saturday's field competed in the 2016 Olympics in Rio. The meet will also serve as a fundraiser for the Drowning Prevention Foundation.
